What is the franchise fee?
The franchise fee for a first studio is $50,000. Multi-studio agreements may receive discounted fees of $40,000 for 2–3 studios and $35,000 for 4 or more.
Do I need to be a yoga teacher?
No. Many owners come from business, wellness or leadership backgrounds and hire experienced teachers. Owners are encouraged to attend Modo Yoga Teacher Training to understand the methodology and culture.
What is the estimated total investment?
The estimated investment range is $325,000–$900,000, depending on studio size, location and buildout requirements. Current figures are confirmed during qualification.
What support does Modo provide?
Support includes territory and site selection, studio design, construction guidance, technology setup, business tools, training, grand-opening marketing and ongoing coaching.
Which markets are available?
In Canada, we are interested in the Greater Vancouver Area, Victoria, Calgary, the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, Montreal and Halifax. In the United States, opportunities include Columbus, Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, Denver, Boulder, Atlanta, Charlotte, Phoenix, Boston, Miami, Nashville and Las Vegas.
